My Approach

BEING A PARENT is probably the most COMPLEX ROLE of our lives….

It carries simultaneously moments of extreme downs and pure happiness. It never ends, it is exhausting, draining and sometimes you just want to run away from it! On the other hand, it brings so much pride, vitality and inconceivable love into our lives.

Being a parent is such a significant part of my life that I also decided to dedicate my work to it.

MY FRAMEWORK

I believe that, just as every child is unique, every family has its own traits, needs and limitations. I always try to listen very carefully to every person that comes to me, in order to discover his challenges and his personal strengths. I will try to give him the most effective tools in order to improve his parenting, and his personal well-being.

OPTIMISM

Thanks to the Adlerian theory and positive psychology I understood that things can always be different, that it's a matter of CHOICE. At every moment of a life, one can choose to make a change. I am VERY OPTIMISTIC and I believe that each and every one is capable of making significant transformations.

FAMILY AS A WHOLE

Throughout the years I worked as a parenting coach, I realized that a crucial part of healthy parenting, also lies in the relationship between the two partners, and that’s why I also became a couples coach.

I have a systemic approach to family and see her as a whole. Every individual is influenced by himself (his thoughts, believes and emotions), by the others in his family, by the relationships in the family, and by the environment he lives in.
