Yes making changes in your parenting IS HARD WORK, but it will be beneficial on the long run.
Parenting is taking care of “the long run” – Remember IT’S A MARATHON, not a sprint!
Your children do not need to be “fixed” - Change YOUR OWN behavior, YOUR WAY of reacting, YOUR INTERACTION with your children, and they will change.
The younger your children are the easiest, and THE SHORTEST it is, to make a change.
It is never too late to make a change, and it’s ALWAYS POSSIBLE, no matter what is going on.
I am always extremely grateful when parents ALLOW ME to be a small part of the important change they choose to go through!
